Alex is an experienced Clinical Therapist who established Therapia in 2003. She is trained in reflexology, massage and Indian head massage and has undertaken advanced courses in maternity reflexology, lymphatic drainage massage and oncology massage. She has also studied facial massage and mind and body therapy for stress management.

Alex specialises in working with pregnant women, and with those who have chronic conditions such as cancer, ME, and lymphoedema. She also offers relaxation therapies for general wellbeing. Having previously achieved a degree in human biology and psychology, Alex is well placed to understand her clients’ physical and emotional needs to provide completely holistic treatments. She provides treatments in your own home or at her home clinic in Biggin Hill.
