Laptops and Lipstick at the Bridgehouse
It’s a huge thank you to the wonderful Bridgehouse in Penge for stepping in to host us at the last minute this month! It was a smaller group of us than usual but we were made very welcome and treated to some fabulous food. Plus there was the usual opportunity for networking with like-minded local businesswomen of course.
The 10 minutes..
It was a very topical – and entertaining – presentation from our travel consultant. Julia from Truly Yours Holidays. Julia took us through the UK’s green travel list. And what we learnt is that whilst they might be on our green list, it doesn’t mean that we’re on theirs!
But it was great to hear more about some of the countries that we’re most likely to be able to travel to. Plus, once again, we were all so impressed by the breadth of Julia’s knowledge. She really is the travel guru!
And the winner is…
Each month we have an award for the ‘Best 60 Seconds’ This month June winner, Osteopath Christina Raven presented the (huge!) trophy to Beauty Therapist Rosa from Bodysense Beauty Treatments.
Next month Rosa will be the lady to impress as she gets to decide who wins the trophy in August.
