Back to business networking in 2021 in Beckenham

For many businesses, having to start the new year in lockdown means putting things on hold once again. Yet the mood at the first Laptops and Lipstick business networking meeting of 2021 was definitely upbeat. Perhaps we were still on a high from our December meeting or maybe we’re just a resilient and resourceful bunch of business women!

The 10 minutes…

Who better to deliver the first 10 minute presentation of the year than the wonderful Fiona Coppard from SMART Nutrition and Fitness? Fi has a wealth of experience and knowledge and treated us to a range of top tips to help us feel healthier in 2021.

There were ideas for how to maintain healthy posture while sitting at our desks (one involves the broom handle but isn’t as painful as it sounds!) Plus nutrition suggestions, a reminder to get outside in the daylight and some really interesting information about supplements. This sparked lots of questions and Fi answered them all. Reminding us why she’s our fitness and nutrition guru!
