This month’s presentation was brought to us by Sarah Houldcroft from Goldcrest Books.  Sarah has written two books of her own.  She has also worked with a huge range of authors including A-listers, royalty and an ex-model.

She explained the three primary ways to get a book published and looked a little at the pros and cons of each.  Sarah also talked about the editing process, proof reading, typesetting and cover design.  Really interesting stuff and several members arranged to talk to her separately about their own ideas.  Could there be a Laptops and Lipstick book in the works?!
