1st July – business networking for women still going strong in Beckenham

Yet another vibrant networking meeting for Beckenham’s businesswoman!  And a great opportunity for us all to find out more about our new nominated charity – Ada & Albert.

Lots of visitors including Charley Bennett from Short Films and Clare Still from Stripes for Dogs..  Also, Dominique Capon from Tutor Doctor, Graphic Designer, Jilly Clarke, and Personal Stylist Georgia Michalopoulou.  Plus, Marina Gill from MG Events and Artisan Baker Mitty Khan-Lodhi.

We are experts at getting the most from  Zoom now.  And everyone agrees that splitting into breakout rooms for short spells provides a great opportunity for more personal catch ups.

The 10 minutes…

Brought to us this month by Charlotte and Clair from our new nominated charity, Ada and Albert.  It was really useful for us to find out more about how the charity supports vulnerable young people from our local area.  Lots of members had questions about how they could lend their support and we shall all be looking out donations for the shop in Chislehurst and readying ourselves to get involved with fundraising and events.

It was also useful to hear about the space above the shop which is available to hire for meetings, workshops, training etc.
